About Us

Superior Tees was born from a place that never really leaves you - the Upper Peninsula of Michigan.

Born in Michigan and raised in Calumet, the U.P.has always had my heart.  My family is there. My best friends are there.  There is a special pride people carry in simply from being from there.

Superior Tees is my way of celebrating that pride.  Every design is a love letter to the Upper Peninsula - for those of us who grew up there, moved away, and still rep it everywhere we go.  For the people who never left and wouldn't dream of it.  For anyone who knows that the U.P. isn't just a place  - it's a part of who you are.

From Pasties to SISU, from the Macinac Bridge to the shores of Lake Superior - The U.P. has a culture all its own, and Superior Tees was created to celebrate every bit of it.  Our Superior 906 apparel is designed for proud Yoopers and anyone lucky enough to have experienced the magic of Michigan's Upper Peninsula.
